We use an online forum to accept all payments. Cash, check, money order, ACH transfer, or credit/debit cards with a 3.5% fee.
Couples are allotted 1 date change, it must be 6mo prior to the original event.
For cancelations, all monies paid are nonrefundable with exception of the refundable security deposit.

Yes, we rent ivory or white linens prior to your rental that are pressed and sealed in a plastic bag upon your arrival.
Yes! The Manor can comfortably house a max of 34 overnight guests
Yes, we require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit 30 days prior to your event.

Yes! A $3000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Once your deposit is paid, you can make payments as needed. The entire balance must be paid 3 months prior to your event. If it is not paid you will lose your reserved date.
Fireworks must be performed by a licensed and insured pyrotechnician, cannot exceed 3 minutes max, and must be completed no later than 9:00PM.
Yes a portable PA. Surround sound speakers indoor and outdoors of The Tavern and The Ballroom. We do not recommend using our provided speakers for the entire event. Our speakers are used before and after the event for lite music.
Yes, each kitchen is equipt with a fridge and freezer and our outdoor kitchen has an icemaker. (440lb)
