  • What do you charge for a weekend?
    We are very transparent with our pricing, check the rates tab at the top for an up to date list from Elopements to Full weekend rentals.
  • What dates do you have available?
    Check the bottom of our home page! Calendar is updated regularly!
  • How can I pay for a wedding?
    We use an online forum to accept all payments. Cash, check, money order, ACH transfer, or credit/debit cards with a 3.5% fee.
  • What if we have to cancel or reschedule?
    Couples are allotted 1 date change, it must be 6mo prior to the original event. For cancelations, all monies paid are nonrefundable with exception of the refundable security deposit.
  • Do you provide tables and chairs?
    Yes, Click Here for a list of all that we provide with every rental
  • Can I use my own vendors?
    YES! We offer a list of great vendors but should you opt to use your favorites, that is allowed! We love to meet new vendors!
  • Do you provide linens?
    Yes, we rent ivory or white linens prior to your rental that are pressed and sealed in a plastic bag upon your arrival.
  • Does Three Lakes Manor offer lodging?
    Yes! The Manor can comfortably house a max of 34 overnight guests
  • Do you require a security deposit?
    Yes, we require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit 30 days prior to your event.
  • Are there any airports near you?
    Yes, three large international airports surround us! - Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (74 miles) - Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (40 miles) - Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (107 miles)
  • Can I make payments towards my rental?
    Yes! A $3000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Once your deposit is paid, you can make payments as needed. The entire balance must be paid 3 months prior to your event. If it is not paid you will lose your reserved date.
  • Can we use fireworks at our event?
    Fireworks must be performed by a licensed and insured pyrotechnician, cannot exceed 3 minutes max, and must be completed no later than 9:00PM.
  • Do you provide a sound systems? i.e. Speakers and Microphones?
    Yes a portable PA. Surround sound speakers indoor and outdoors of The Tavern and The Ballroom. We do not recommend using our provided speakers for the entire event. Our speakers are used before and after the event for lite music.
  • Do you have an ice machine, fridge and freezer on site?"
    Yes, each kitchen is equipt with a fridge and freezer and our outdoor kitchen has an icemaker. (440lb)
  • Do you provide greenery for the Grand Steps as advertised in some photos?
    No, that was provided from the brides family.
