This new location has quickly become a staff favorite. The bride makes her entrance down The Grand Steps, arriving at a stunning green point that overlooks the East Lake & Bridge at Three Lakes Manor.

We embrace a "Do-It-Yourself" approach, but for those projects you prefer not to handle alone, we now offer In-House All-Inclusive options to ensure your day is seamless. Your vision and desires for your wedding day are our top priority. From photography to florals, we can manage every detail for you.

The Ballroom & Terrace
The Ballroom + Terrace and Courtyard is situated on the south side of Three Lakes Manor. It seamlessly connects to the Ballroom Grove and features a vendor kitchen for weddings. The indoor area accommodates up to 120 guests, while the covered space can seat 80, serving as a backup for inclement weather. With a total of 1,140 sq. ft. of heated and cooled reception or indoor ceremony space, along with an attached outdoor French Quarter Inspired Courtyard and Garden Terrace, The Ballroom is perfect for part of your reception & full rehearsal dinners.
The Tavern
The Tavern has been beautifully remodeled, featuring a stylish indoor space and a stunning 18-foot penny bar as its centerpiece. This versatile room is perfect for hosting rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, and serves as the ultimate hangout for the groom and his groomsmen to relax before the big day.

The Ballroom Grove
The Ballroom Grove is a versatile, multi-level outdoor reception area, conveniently situated next to the outdoor kitchen. It has quickly become the most sought-after space, featuring a built-in dance floor and and bistro lights strung above, remaining in place year-round. It also has 4 separate Grand Locations to enter your Reception from! Just a quick stroll around the sidewalk or down the stairs will connect you to the Back Courtyard, or Tavern!

The Lakeside courtyard provides a variety of hosting options! If you're looking for a tented reception, this space is ideal for setting up your tent. With a 10,000 sq ft green courtyard featuring an outdoor kitchen and covered areas, it’s the perfect location for your ceremony or reception, complete with stunning sunsets. The Outdoor Kitchen is perfect for cocktail hour, and the spiral staircase offers a beautiful entrance for your reception!
